Terrible, just terrible.This internet has to be by far the worst ISP ever, hands down. It drops in speed on a daily basis, can't load videos, disconnects all the time. Don't make the same mistake I did, you might pay more for Rogers or Bell but you'll get consistent speeds. |

Home phone international coverage cancellationReceived email Dec. 6th, 2019 from Altima Telecom stating that international calling on home phone was no longer available as of Dec.1st. There was no notice given nor was there any mention of refunds available for lack of this service especially in December with the holidays approaching at a time we need to connect with older relatives overseas and in the States. Very poor customer service notification! Merry Christmas Altima! |

Not a serious companyIt has been a month and a half since I paid on line for an internet service. As I called them to know when the technician would come to my place, they let me know that the service I paid for was not available in my area. So I asked for a refund of the paid amount. this is the time I haven;t got it. No response to my latest emails. |

Many thanks to Grace ext 829Thank you so much Grace at ext 829 you were amazing at making sure that my phone was in workingorder and stayed on the line with me the whole time unlike the night before that someone transferred me to the tech department and I was on hold for more than 1 1/2 hours before I realize that they had closed for the night and left me waiting, I could of waited the whole night. Thank you Grace for being so caring. I was actually regretting that I switched to Altima, after all your help I was happy that I did make the right choice. Altima should be thrilled that they have you working for them. Thank you Grace If I have any more issues I will call you knowing that you will not leave me hanging .Keep up the supper work |

GarbageJust when I thought Altima was terrible, they sent out a new router. Now it is even worse. Any video stutters and freezes. Cannot watch YouTube or Netflix now. DO NOT use this useless internet company!!Reply from: Online team May 15, 2018 Hi Really sorry about this,May we have your phone number or your account in order to look into your issue, if the router we replaced is not working well, it might be the issue from the settings, cause for each wifi environment, the interference is different, please feel free to give us a call back.
