THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW (THE “TERMS”) GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AND IS LEGALLY BINDING ON YOU. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. Registered Users Accounts
In order to access certain Services from GONEVOIP.CA, you may register with a Username and also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree to select a password that is only known to you and is not easily identifiable to others. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your membership including maintaining the security of your password.

You will not disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify us immediately if you know of or suspect any unauthorized use of your membership or access to your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another User.

Closing Your Account
You may close your Account at any time by contacting a GONEVOIP.CA Representative. If your account is not closed before your next billing cycle your account will be renewed. In the event of termination of your service agreement, sections: Exclusion Of Warranty, Limitation Of Liability, Indemnification, Prohibited Content and/or Activity, Links To/From Third Party Sites, Copyright/ Restrictions On Use Of Material. Trademarks, Service Marks, Logos, and Corporate Identifications Protected, would still survive.

GONEVOIP.CA reserves the right to deny and/or revoke user access as required for lawful operation or as otherwise deemed at own discretion for successful business operation.

Members Code Conduct
You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials (hereinafter “Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not GONEVOIP.CA, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, link, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. GONEVOIP.CA does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable to your own personal beliefs. However, flagrant violations of these Terms, as determined by GONEVOIP.CA in its sole discretion, will result in immediate termination of service.
