There are a phone number and an email as the only options for contacting customer support. When we called we were unable to get through to anyone during mid-day hours.
Albertacom.com’s packages are sincerely on the expensive side. Having said that, it may well be the only choice you have available, so we encourage you to negotiate. For example, negotiate the installation fees. These are steep and their lack of customer service options is rather unsettling. Anytime you can’t get through to the support or sales staff during normal business hours, it is just a stark preview of what you can expect if there ever is a service outage.
