The Worst Allcore just leaves me flapping in the wind when service goes down. Can't contact anybody by phone even though tech and billing is supposed to be open until 8:30 pm. Tried to fill out their contact form on website but it wouldn't let me. Constant messages on phone and website saying "we'd love to hear from you"...NOT!!!! No way to contact them. Was with BBS42 for almost 15 years which was sold to Allcore. With BBS42 our service went down once in all that time (turns out that was Bell's fault). Allcore is down at least once per quarter. Could deal with this if they'd just COMMUNICATE but they don't. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy let alone a friend... Allcore is terrible (and that is being kind)!

Allcore sucks! I ordered a reseller hosting package on the 28th of April, 2019. It is now 29 May and my package is still "pending". I have attempted many times to call their billing department to no avail. Every time I wait on the line but after 25 minutes it cuts you off and tells you to call another time. I have done this 4 times. Then, when I call Tech Support, I keep getting the same guy, day or night, who always assures me it will get sorted. This company is very shady and I would advise you all to not purchase any services from them.

Do not deal with this company Sales team promised internet service. Credit card was charged $508.50 for installation, then they cancelled the plan. One year later there has still not been a refund of my money despite numerous calls and emails. Do not pay this company until they deliver service.

Review from Canadianisp.ca Sales team promised internet service in rural area. Charged my credit card $508.50 for installation fees, then cancelled the promised service. One year later, I have not received a refund despite numerous calls and emails. Do not give these people money until they deliver service!

They\'re better options out there This is not a review for Allcore's retail products, but I believe my expiration translates. I ordered connections for resale, but after testing the connection, and before bell installed the dry-loops, I decided to cancel the services. Unfortunately, I received no refund from the company, not a penny. If you need (an) internet connection(s), go with Teksavvy or Storm.
