Apexia Reviews and Plans

Apexia is a rather new telecommunications provider that has sprung onto the market back in 2012. Apexia however also providers other services apart from just telecommunications, such as web hosting, web designing, server installation, IT support, network configuration, as well as virus removal. They also provide basic home phone solutions as well as residential internet services. Apexia certainly has quite a lot to offer even though they are a quite recent endeavor in comparison to some of the other more popular telecommunications providers. The headquarters of Apexia can be found at 166 Bayfield Street, Barrie, Ontario, L4M 3B5. Let us now review one of the bread and butter residential VoIP plans that Apexia has to offer.

Apexia offers two different VoIP residential plans that differ between the calling coverage. The first plan they offer is the Apexia Unlimited Canada plan, which is unlimited calling throughout Canada. This plan is priced $19.95 per month. The last plan that Apexia has to offer is the Apexia unlimited Canada and the USA, which allows unlimited calling, and this final plan is priced at a total of $24.95 per month.

Both plans are certainly overpriced. For example, VoIPly offers an unlimited local calling plan for only $7.40 per month, while Apexia charges an extra ten dollars for the same service. Furthermore, VoIP Much offers a North America wide unlimited plan for only $9.45 per month, which is $15 less than what Apexia charges!

Apexia offers a $20.00 add-on which gives the customers access to dial 50 different countries for 1,000 minutes. This add-on is quite inexpensive considering this plan would allow customers to dial within the fifty specific countries for 2 cents a minute.  However, the fact that an add-on is necessary to avail of this great pricing is quite disappointing. The standalone international calling rates were not made available anywhere on Apexia’s website.

Apexia pricing is too overboard to really give much consideration to them, however, they do offer some great long-distance pricing with the add-on option. No mention was made of any smartphone app either and we are lead to believe whether Apexia did their homework before competing with some of the reputable contenders in the telecommunications world!
