Review from Canadianisp.ca I have been with this company since 2004. I started with their dial up service then moved to a location where I was able to bundle my services and get high speed. At that time I opted to keep my email address with auracom and pay the $10/year fee which I thought was reasonable. Earlier this year they changed this rate and are now charging me $5/mth plus hst for the same email address. I_ve tried to speak with customer service regarding this as I feel it unfair to have such a drastic increase in price for something that_s available elsewhere for free, especially after being with the company for 10 years. I can_t begin to imagine the nightmare of changing my email address so I_m reluctantly paying this fee. Unfortunately I_m not being seen as an individual here, instead being charged a fee that will give me a bunch of other services I do not need nor want. Their phone number puts you through to a call center in another country and they_re no help. Shame on you auracom for doing this to your customers.

Review from Canadianisp.ca Worst internet I have ever seen in my entire life. It_s almost unbelievable how bad it is. We have their fastest possible option and it_s the slowest internet I_ve ever used. The worst thing is that it_s extremely unstable. The internet can go out at any moment. Did I say can? I mean it will go out 100% at least few times a day. I actually think that_s not the worst part about Auracom. The actual worst is that there seems to be some kind of throttling going on. If even one person is watching a stream, or a simple YouTube clip, nobody else can use the internet. It actually like doesn_t work. It_s the most unbelievable ... I have ever seen in my life. Just stay far far away...
