InternetIn the last 2 days we have lost our cable and internet for total of couple hours. Soon as we see a cloud everything is lost. Really disappointed |

Regret changeOn bell fine for yrs. Changed when a door salesperson offered a very good rate for TV, internet and phone. Told us speed would increase, and pic quality will be better. OMG. Neither are true and jve had to unplug modem 4 times to reboot in first 45 days of plan. Horrible decisions to change |

speed is slowe have the 1g download speed internet, and all systems get 200mb and up but somehow everything is still extremely slow. can never play video games at all |

AnnoyedI understand Cogeco has to do maintenance, but some advanced warning is expected when they KNOW service will be going down. They do it with Hydro, they do it with water. If internet is a basic right, then why is it not required for them as well. I won't even get into the other issues with this provider: you can see those for yourself in other reviews. World class? Hardly. |

Cogeco ServiceThe worst possible customer service I have ever dealt with. I waited 5 days for a tech to come out to fix my problem of no TV service. The tech finally showed up at 5:30 pm on a Sunday,changed a splitter and before he left it wad down again. I managed to get him back and he put rubber ends on the splitter and left. It worked for about an hour and went down. The next tech came on Wed. amd changed another splitter and left - it worked for 5 hours. The next tech came on Thurs and put an amplifier on the line with an unsightly white cord running around my deck to an electrical outlet -it is working 90 % of the time but still goes down. We will be changing to Bell Fibe as soon as possible. |
