Convergia is a Telecommunications provider HQ in Pointe-Claire, QC. Convergia has operations in North America and also in several South American countries. In looking at the business plans for Hosted PBX we found the plans contain rather a basic set of features: such as call-hunt, caller-ID and Call Forwarding Variable (when Busy, No Answer, etc..) Convergia also provides SIP Trunking and Cloud server solutions.
Unfortunately, not all plan descriptions are available online. We could only check the pricing of one of the plans; one has to get in touch with a Convergia representative to get a full-quote. It also looks at this point is not possible to sign-up online. That is normal and antic tactic providers use for up-selling.
Shall be noted the long-distance rates from Convergia are in some cases up to 3x more expensive than those of the Top Long Distance providers.
