Avoid at all cost I signed up with GTA telecom prior to moving in after being told service was available. They took my deposit and scheduled an installation time. Two days before the scheduled installation, I called to confirm and was told that they could no longer provide service. The claimed it was my fault for not checking to see if my building had an agreement with Rogers. The customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Gta telecommunications This company is the worst they tell you all kinds of bs to get your money. The have no costumer service... Seriously your internet goes down they tell to contact through email.. How when service is down? The equipment is the lowest garbage they can use. Service goes down once a day Atleast for hour. Do not use this company as soon as covid is calmed down and I can get a service Tec from virgin to hook me, this company will never see any of my money again. Save your cash gta bc once covid is settled down I wouldn't be surprised you loose a good chunk of your business. Which will be good bc you don't deserve any. Your a terrible company. If there was a negative rating you would have earned it.
