Helo is a small independent Telecom provider with head office in the town of Bromont, Quebec. Helo is focusing on providing alternative Home phone line. But also have a particular plan that fits the model of Work from Home professional.
In this review of Helo we will look at what they Call "Independent Worker" - which adds features on top of Helo's Home Phone.
All the features included in the Independent worker plan then are:

- Group Ringing
- Find-Me
- Call Queue
- On-Hold Music
- Digital receptionist
The setup is a one-time fee of $50 and the monthly fee is $20. Similarly to what happens with the Home Phone line, the signup is all done online. But we have found inconsistencies between the french language and english languages pages.
Helo shows the phone service priced right and may be worth a try, but the web pages inconsistencies leave us with the impression of an unfinished product, fly-by-night type of company. Better to continue to check more options.
