ICT Tech Support Reviews and Plans

ICT Tech Support is a business telecommunications provider with office in Kitchener, Ontario founded in 2012. ICT Tech provides all kinds of services to businesses, for example hosting, business internet, rack collocation, SIP Trunks, and more.

In this particular review of ICT Tech we will focus on their Hosted PBX phone plans. There are listed four main plans:

1. ICT PBX   5 (Five Users with 5 extensions) for $39.99 a month
2. ICT PBX 10 (Ten Users with 10 extensions and 100 free North America callling minutes) for $79.99 a month
3. ICT PBX 25 (Twenty-Five Users with 25 extensions, 100 Free North America minutes) for $139.99 a month
4. ICT PBX 50 (Fifty Users with 50 extensions, 100 Free North America minutes) for $259.99 a month

All have the same features, namely: Secure Routing, Music on Hold, Ring Group, Internet Fax, Caller ID, Call Recording, HD Voice, Directory and more.

If we look at the pricing per seat or per user, is around $8 to about $5 per user. However we have to mention the fact that almost no calling minutes are included. Only 100 minutes, which seems very little.

So in total one has to add the calling per user, so will be paying more than what is shown. In saying that it is dissapointing that ICT Tech does not include a more generous plan (i.e.: 1,000 minutes) like many other business phone providers do.
