All of Impact Telecom’s plans are available in both Canada and the US.

Impact Telecom has three main domestic plans.

The Impact Connect One plan comes at a cost of $7.99 per month. Included are unlimited incoming calls, 100 minutes of outbound calling to the US or Canada, and the ability to forward your line to any phone. There is no activation fee and the VoxBox is $65 but optional.

The Impact Connect Unlimited is priced at $14.99 per month. This plan features unlimited local long distance, low rates for international long-distance calls, and the ability to forward your line to any phone. There is no activation fee and the VoxBox is free.

Available through the app only is the Impact Connect Unlimited. This plan is priced at $9.99 per month. This plan also features unlimited calling both locally and internationally, as well as low rates for international long distance and the ability to forward your line to any phone. No activation fee for this plan and the VoxBox is $65 but optional.

Impact Telecom also has three international plans.

• The Impact Connect Global plan comes in at $24.99 per month. Included in this plan are unlimited Canada and the US calling and low international rates to select countries, as well as the ability to forward your line to any phone. There is no activation fee for this plan and the VoBox is free of charge minus shipping costs.
• The Impact Connect Startec Plan comes in at the least inexpensive plan offered by Impact Telecom. This plan checks in at $4.99 per month. This plan comes with more than 30 adjustable features and is designed specifically for international callers. All calls are charged on a per-minute basis, making this plan ideal for someone who wants the ability to make calls anywhere in the World, but will do so on a limited basis.
• The Impact Connect Global plan is advertised by the company as its best global value. It has unlimited local long distance and international calls are billed on a per-minute basis. There is a $2.99 activation fee. The VoxBox is optional.

In GoneVoIP's review of Impact Telecom Home Phone, we came away impressed with the company’s multitude of plans available in both Canada and the US. There is something for everyone here and the company does not hide any additional fees, with everything laid out on the website. Having said that, their main plan, Canada & the USA unlimited is more expensive than VoIP Much or Phone Power for that matter. So, with that said you'll be better off by shopping around.
