Ixica Communications Reviews and Plans

Ixica Communications is a Canadian telecommunications provider which was founded in 2007 and is based out of Toronto, Ontario.

The company’s ‘About Us’ page was down at the time of this writing, but we know a few things.

Ixica Communications specializes in SIP Trunking but covers multiple areas beyond that from telecommunications to web development and hosted IP PBX solutions. They state they provide coverage in Canada and USA.

In our review of Ixica Communications, we will focus on their business services which include unlimited SIP Trunking, Hosted PBX Systems, Virtual Fax, Toll-Free Services, PSTN/Analog Business Phone, and Metered SIP Trunking.

For SIP Trunking, you can get an unlimited incoming package for $10 per month, or $9 per month for a one year term, or $8 per month on a two-year term. This package includes unlimited incoming calls from anywhere in the World.

The same package with unlimited Canada or USA outgoing calls increases in price to $20 per month, or $18 per month for a one-year term, or $16 on a two-year term

Ixica offers hosted PBX packages starting at $49.99 per month plus applicable taxes. Your business’ needs will determine if that cost goes up. They do state that they will match any company who has it at a cheaper price, in addition to adding a 10% further discount.

In regards to virtual fax accounts, Ixica offers an inexpensive virtual fax plan called the Virtual Fax 300 (300 pages sent/received)at $18 per month, $16 on a one-year term, and $14 per month on a two-year term.

They also have a couple of higher virtual fax plans, going all the way to the Virtual Fax 5,000 (5,000 pages sent/received) which checks in at $99 per month, $90 on a one-year term or $81 on a two-year term

In our review of Ixica Communications, we will state that they truly have a wide array of services available for your business to succeed. Some of their pricing falls at average to slightly above average. However the sheer volume of services with multiple features and options available, chances are your company will find everything they could possibly need with Ixica Communications, and as such, they are definitely worth exploring.

Ixica specifically specializes in SIP Trunking and with their pricing match guarantee against every company in Canada and the US is fantastic. And the fact that they top it off with an additional 10% discount if you produce a cheaper quote elsewhere, well that is just spectacular.
