MySignal offers a variety of different services across Canada and has become a force to be reckoned with in recent times. MySignal creates bundles between their internet services and VoIP service to entice customers with discounts and added features. This tactic of upselling is generally very effective and not everyone can get it right. However, MySignal has proved on many occasions that it knows exactly what it is doing. MySignal headquarters are located in Belleville, Ontario.

MySignal exhibits a certain level of professionalism in terms of customer care and quality service that many other providers should definitely pick up on! Let us now review one of MySignal’s flagship Home Phone plans for residential usage.

Mysignal offers a Canada wide unlimited plan which they offer at a price of $19.95 per month. Whether or not this plan is truly unlimited however cannot be authenticated, due to the fact, there is no terms and conditions page on the website. Furthermore, no mention of a fair usage policy was noticed on the website either. Once again, we would like to stress that this plan is not guaranteed to be unlimited. 

The pricing on this plan, however, is extremely poor considering many other providers offer much more economical prices for service that is the same, or even better. For example, PhonePower offers a North America wide plan which is unlimited for only $7.40 per month. MySignal is charging over three times the price, for only Canada wide calling! 

In the plan details it is mentioned specifically: Advanced features available, however, not a single comprehensive list of these features could be found on the website. This is a baiting tactic that is more often than frowned upon. It also says that MySignal offers low international calling rates, but once again no list of these rates is made available on the website for customers to examine. MySignal further goes on claiming to have top quality phone solutions; however once again, these solutions are not made visible at all. 

All in all, there are just too many unknowns when it comes to MySignal home phone service. Whether or not the service is unlimited is still up for debate considering there are no terms and conditions page, or acceptable use policy that is made readily available. Furthermore, the pricing on the existing plans of MySignal is far too high to really award any consideration, considering the many viable options that are available in other service providers.
