Love their platform, great for tracking. There are no downsides to using net2phone, it has only made communicating with our clients and co-workers easier! We use the queue feature and find the web platform great for tracking calls. Also like how easy it is taking calls remotely on cell phones via the app when needed.

When my business was affected by Covid, the team and Versature quickly helped me turn off lines we wouldn't be using, and even offered a small discount during the pandemic. They went above and beyond. Thanks. It would be great if we could call a larger area of the province without long-distance charges, however most of our business is right in Toronto.

Seamless transition to VOIP

I initially worried when I decided to transition to VOIP but when the day came, it was seamless. There was alot of preparation before to be sure there were no hiccups the day we went live. Since, the tech staff has been remarkable, answering all our "stupid" questions with easy to understand answers. I definitely would recommend Versature. A very professional team!

Hi Shirley, Great questions! Yes, calls can be made to any phone number in each Canadian province and territory, as well as to any international phone numbers. I would recommend the Versature Enterprise or Professional plans, which include unlimited nationwide calling. Versature is currently integrated with Salesforce CRM. We are always working on new integrations and would be open to discussing the possibility of an Act! CRM integration with you.
