Netcelerate was an IT shop with a focus on hosted PBX business telecommunications systems. It was established in 2003, HQ in Ottawa, ON. Like many other IT shops in Canada Netcelerate does offer telephony services along with many other services for business, for example, internet high-speed for businesses.

The internet offered is a private internet, and the speeds and quality ensure that your phone system is prioritized, so you won't have to worry about call quality. This is all managed by Netcelerate and their high quality and available support team. This is a unique offer by Netcelerate that we have not seen from many other providers, making them stand out as a solution.

In our Netcelerate review, we found the Hosted PBX to have the traditional calling features you can expect, such as

• Caller ID,
• Call Forwarding and
• Do Not Disturb,
• along with a fax2email service,
• three-digit dialing, and additional features as well. 

We got to glance at the calling rates offered by Netcelerate, which are lower than average calling rates in the industry. 

Also, an upside to Netcelerate is that it does offer proper smartphone integration and a mobile app that is available only on the IOS and Android platforms. With that said, Netcelerate offers 3 plans: Hosted Starter at $25 / month, Hosted Standard at $30 a month and Hosted Plus at $40 a month. You guessed right, the more you pay the more features and devices you can have support. Also, the number of included minutes goes from 250 up to 2,000 with the Hosted Plus plan.

In summary; Netcelerate could had been a great company to consider when looking for Hosted PBX for your business as they had private internet with their offer. Which meant making the quality much better than other providers. Though as usual, it is worth shopping around and comparing.
