Netfone is a brand owned by Portal One Inc. Portal One Inc. was established in 2004 and is HQ in Vancouver, BC. As many other Canadian telecom providers, netfone offers Internet and Home/Business VoIP Phone services.
Netfone SOHO plans are bundles of Internet and Office/Hosted PBX services. They offer the Internet as ADSL packages or Cable packages - which also include IPTV. For some offices, this may be worth looking through. However, if a business or office phone is what you are looking for then look somewhere else.
Their monthly rates are on the expensive side and while does satisfy essential features only provides Basic 911 support, which by today's standards is not enough. We like the fact the have widespread availability across the country but the BYOD support is rather limited (reduced to 5 possible ATA models and one SoftPhone) Our top residential/business providers offer more features for a lot less dollar.
