Phone Factory is a clone of National Teleconnect; both are part of the Arkley Telecom group of companies. HQ in Sault St Marie, ONT. Arkley Telecom characterizes by having exactly the same offering with just a different website design and company name.
The service does have some of the typical VoIP Home Phone features, such as Call Waiting, Caller ID, and Voicemail. Unfortunately does not explains how does the service works nor how this is integrated into the Home Phone.
Also, monthly pricing is rather excessive when considering it is just for Canada and the USA call. In the GoneVoIP Top, Home Phone Providers offer many more features for less than half that price. Consider this example, one of the country best, VoIP Much is simply $9.45 a month. Then why even come up with such a product is something that is beyond us.
