Vanity Number for freeSigned up last December and we been able to get a Free Vanity number for our business. Cannot put a price for this, since we use our 1-800 in our VAN and others wanted to charge us a premium (formerly had vonage) calls are routed correctly. We had an issue we couldn't dial when in office to a particular number out of province but their support was on the case and resolved the issue. |

My PhoneThought to give this a try and what you know, it works like a charm. As an independent broker I had been working out of my cell phone mainly and never had a landline. With this I got the e-fax, integration with my cell phone, voicemail to email and instant notifications when fax arrives. It is by all means a very good change and I have recommended. |

RecommendedStarting a business is always challenging, choosing the partners you'll work with is a major one. Going with Phone.com was a no-brainier as it was way cheaper than everything else I had seen. Every so now and then I had to reset their Adapter (Linksys) but other than that the features and the rates are very good. |

Phone.com was established in 2007 and it is HQ in Livingston, NJ. Phone.com has some very neat features as a Phone system alternative to the Home Office/Small Office segment.
You can choose vanity numbers, have a toll-free number assigned, local extensions, Fax-In & out support, voicemail, mobile apps and many more features such as Call Voice Tagging (when the call is transferred it verbally announces you what dept. extension the caller is looking for) also you can use SMS delivered to your Phone.com number, which will go straight to your inbox. The plan includes 300 minutes of calling, thereafter it'll be $0.039 or you can just pay unlimited $19.99 per month per extension. The free trial allows for 300 free minutes. More than enough to get a taste of the capabilities.
All these features make this offering distinctively unique whether you are just starting a business, running a Home-based business or are an established business wanting to save big in your telecom costs by making the transition to VoIP. The base plan starts at $12.99 monthly per line, or if paid annually cost reduces to $9.99 monthly. You can then customize it so it adjusts to your budget and needs.
The base plans include 5,000 SMS/Text Messages, 1 Local or Toll-Free Number and over 40 advanced features. So if you just got started with your own company or a small startup, then Phone.com business phone may be worth looking at.
A word of caution though, as your business outgrowth Phone.com plans these tend to get a little bit more expensive; so you may have to shop around when your business is in a fast-growing stage. For that reason, in our list, Phone.com services scores are lower in the rating, than otherwise, we would give them.

I am in South Africa and I need a no hassle number which can be dialled directly by my potential customers in the UK and/or USA. Do I need one for the USA and one for the UK? It would be nice to phone |
