C.R.A.P.Y.Just called them. Says press 3 for sales, after which the you are being told that the extension does not exist. Same with 1 for technical support, after which you get cut off as well.They claim to be BBB accredited, with BBB website says the contrary. Funny, Phonewave even provide a link to the BBB page! They also claim in their pdf brochure that Ford, Toyota, Subway, Trump are their clients! Realllyyyy ??? |

PhoneWave was a VoIP Provider HQ in Concord, ON. Acquired by Telair Communications LTD. As with many other Canadian providers, PhoneWave had also offered long distances, home phone, high-speed internet, and long-distance.
The bread and butter for the business phone service were the Hosted IP PBX. This was ideal for medium to large organizations being packed with all the premium features at a very low monthly fee, with no strings attached (contract-less). However, there was no continuity and ultimately Telair decided to pull the plug on PhoneWave.
