Horrible service over 2 years Picanoc internet is highly unreliable and continuously fails. I use it at Lac Heney and you never know if it will work or how good it will work when it does. We have never received what we pay for, 5gb download. All they have is excuses.

Very unprofessional We had them at our 1st cottage no issues. We moved cottages 10 doors down. They come to hook us up. 4 hours later tech leaves saying it's not working but it is on there side and would be resolved in a few hours. 2 weeks later still not resolved and giving us the run around. Like I said it's a cottage we are only there on weekends yet they want us to pay for a tech to come on weekends or take a day off work for there mistake in the first place. Highly not recommended
