Ring Office is HQ in Markham, ON and is affiliated with VoIP Superstore by CI Gear group. RingOffice targets the small to medium size businesses looking to migrate to cloud phone systems. The offering has all the usual features, plus adding some very convenient for virtual PBX; such as ring- all, call and greeting(s) management. It does, however, lack some of the most advanced integrations points with CRM systems and there is no integration with smartphones nor a desktop app.

You can choose to have the plan of North America calling included or as a pay-as-you-go. Nowadays we believe the default plan shall be minimum North American calling; with some allowance for international calling. There are some advanced features, such as call recording available, but are at an extra cost.

The registration process, unfortunately, cannot be achieved on-line; one has to complete a form and wait for a Sales Representative to contact back. A typical tactic used to up-sell add-ons and jack-up fees and services.

Overall RingOffice may be an alternative to consider but maybe better options in considering also other providers such as Ring Central (no relation, other than the very, very similar name... you can say the name rings a bell...).
