Reply to:	Comwave I have no internet connection. Since this morning, I have been on the phone with Comwave trying to get it fixed, but every time I get to speak with someone after 40 minute of wait time, I get disconnected after 10 minutes and they never call me back! So I am without internet, trying to call for the 4th!!! time. None of the technicians was able to solve the problem due to the fact that the phone line cuts off and they do not call back, as they promised. I would like to cancel and get reimbursed for everything you have charged me. I would rather pay more, but have reliable services with Videotron or some other company.
