Reply to:	TekSavvy Solutions Inc. You have the most ignorant customer service I have ever dealt with!! I had service installed, you notify me wast being used at all. I paid for it though. LoL Now since my tenant left your modem (brand new not used) beyond my accessibility til now. I get your employee who leaves me on hold for 17 minutes after promising a shipping tag mailed out to me returns laughing at me that I took too Long n I own it! Then hangs up on me!! Wow!!! Screwed over by my tenant n now you people. I paid for service never used by your own admission now this!
