Reply to:	HeroNet.ca I had 25M plan with Heronet for $730+ per year, for a few years now. The deal no longer makes sense so I decided to switch. Requested to cancel the internet service 2 weeks ago. I pay yearly and the latest charge was in January for $730+. I would expect to receive prorated refund for about $480+. But there's no response whatsoever from heronet. Made the request online. Also called their support number, which led to a message that says cancellation should be made by email. No live person can be reached. Sent the email and made several inquiries, with absolutely no response so far after two weeks. Stay away.
