Reply to:	Distributel I recently tried to set up internet service through Distributel. I scheduled an evening appointment with them a week later which was their earliest available date. The Technician showed up in the morning and I was at work of course that is why I scheduled an evening apt to begin with. I told him I was not avail and my apt was for evening. He said they only work till 4pm and I should contact the office. The man I spoke to in customer service did not speak english very well and I could not understand anything he was saying. I explained that they messed up my apt time they said it would be another week to reschedule. I told them I will not wait another week as I had already waited a week and that this was their mess up not mine. They said they could not help me of course. I asked to speak to senior management to have this rectified. They also told me I would have to wait another week for a technician and could not help me. I cancelled the service with them right away and called MNSI instead. They are coming to set up my internet in the morning. Thankfully they were understanding to my needs at MNSI. I think Distributel could learn a lot about customer service from them and should if they want to be a competitive internet provider. Just a warning to anyone looking to go with Distributel for the "better deal" You get what you pay for I guess. Thank you MNSI for saving the day!!!
