Reply to:	Cogeco The worst possible customer service I have ever dealt with. I waited 5 days for a tech to come out to fix my problem of no TV service. The tech finally showed up at 5:30 pm on a Sunday,changed a splitter and before he left it wad down again. I managed to get him back and he put rubber ends on the splitter and left. It worked for about an hour and went down. The next tech came on Wed. amd changed another splitter and left - it worked for 5 hours. The next tech came on Thurs and put an amplifier on the line with an unsightly white cord running around my deck to an electrical outlet -it is working 90 % of the time but still goes down. We will be changing to Bell Fibe as soon as possible.
