Reply to:	Bell Home Phone Had problem with Fibe TV - someone on the phone told that technician will come next day 12pm-5pm. I was there at 11:30 am and was waiting. At 2pm called and asked about the status. They told me that technician was there at 11am and no-one was at the premises. Why he comes at 11am if the time is scheduled from 12PM? The person on the phone had assured that technician will come within 2 hours. In 2.5 hours no-one came in and I called again and got an automated message that the service is scheduled 5pm-9pm.!!! They do not do what they promise - do not keep the appointments and waste your time AWFUL SERVICE!!!!
