Reply to:	VirtualPBX Hello Jeff ** and/or Billing Department. I just realized that we never received a refund or the refund check that was supposed to be issued once your telephone was sent back. We received confirmation that your office did indeed receive the telephone was there a problem with the refund? In the beginning they were great until they couldn't solve our problems with our phones so now they won't return any emails or phone calls.
