Reply to:	WTC Communications We recently created a problem that inadvertently cut off our Internet service by jiggling a connection wire. Matthew from WTC came to our home in a timely manner, checked all possibilities to determine what had happened, and restored our service. He was thorough, very pleasant to deal with and entirely professional and competent at his job. I am typing this review via our resumed service. Thank you, Matthew!
