Reply to:	CIK Telecom Inc They don't care about their customres, can leave you without internet for days. You have to call them 100 times, they can put you on hold for an hour. Their support is hardly talking English. They don't track what they sold to you and when you are cancelling with them - selling you that device again. Their billing department cannot find paid invoice with the proof of sale, you have to find it yourself. When you send them their device, pay for the shipping and provide them with the tracking number, in a week you will be charged for that device anyway (even if you prove that it is delivered) and will not get any refund or response! Avoid them at all cost!
