Reply to:	Videotron I received Videotron internet services for 3 months. During that time, my bills were orders of magnitude higher than they were supposed to be (my last bill was 7 times what it was supposed to be). I emailed Videotron twice, asking for explanations and/or a payment plan, but they never responded. When I called, their service rep said it was because we'd gone over our data allowance by 25%. (When I was with TekSavvy - before and since Videotron - this never happened, even though it was the same plan). Videotron refused to agree to any sort of payment plan, even though I was part of a government program to give low-income families internet access. They sent my bill to collections and ruined my credit rating, despite my attempts to come to an agreement with them directly. They're very unresponsive to deal with and I'll never use any of their services again. Beware.
