Reply to:	Auracom I have been with this company since 2004. I started with their dial up service then moved to a location where I was able to bundle my services and get high speed. At that time I opted to keep my email address with auracom and pay the $10/year fee which I thought was reasonable. Earlier this year they changed this rate and are now charging me $5/mth plus hst for the same email address. I_ve tried to speak with customer service regarding this as I feel it unfair to have such a drastic increase in price for something that_s available elsewhere for free, especially after being with the company for 10 years. I can_t begin to imagine the nightmare of changing my email address so I_m reluctantly paying this fee. Unfortunately I_m not being seen as an individual here, instead being charged a fee that will give me a bunch of other services I do not need nor want. Their phone number puts you through to a call center in another country and they_re no help. Shame on you auracom for doing this to your customers.
