Reply to:	Fongo The biggest mistake I have made when decided to use Fongo Works for our virtual office. When I found how bad was their coverage (constant cut-offs, almost impossible to take a phone call from a customer), I decided to port out the phone number (since it's been on Google for a while) and that's when the nightmare begun. After 2 months of back-n-forth emails with the "support" (which turned-out to be completely useless), I still was with Fongo. I got trapped. It seems like changing the phone number and provider is the only option, as after the last interraction with the "support" my phone is not working at all (I am using a "receptionist" feature). SO FRUSTRATING!
