Reply to:	Primus 2 weeks after signing up we still dont have the phone working. We have phoned several times and all we get is we will phone within 24 hours, not one call back. When I do talk to them all I get told it is more complicated then most people think. I used work in telecom it is not. I would never recommend Primus based on our experience.
