Reply to:	Netfone After several years of their VOIP phone service, I tried to cancel the service as I was no longer using it. There is no where on their site to cancel so I called customer support, they told me to send an email. I did that and got no confirmation. Over the next two weeks, I sent 5 more emails requesting a confirmation with no response. I called again, no answer and left a message. I called my credit card company to cancel but as they don't use a regular payment arrangement (on purpose, I was told) there was nothing to cancel. I will have to file disputes for any further charges or change my credit card number. Very frustrating no way to stop billing.
