Reply to:	Netfone I had to unfortunatle phone 991 and was routed to the wrong dispatch because Netfone did not update my address/location information for over 1 year. I would log in to my account and all the info was correct but somehow info was not passed on to police/emergency services. It is dangerous to not be able to contact emergency services properly. I have also had numerous issues with reliability and many outages, but the wrong address for emergency services pushed to over the edge to cancel and find better provider. Saving a few dollars a month is not worth it. Go with a better provider.
