Reply to:	magicJack The service itself is good. I had auto renewal which they did. Unfortunately my services quit. I called in and they told me to unplug and plug back in to reset then give it some time to work. With covid I finally got a chance to call back in in April, November was first time. When I did it was finally explained after trying to get it working that I had to renew my Canadian number as well. Although being 5 months of no service and already paid for main renewal.. they wouldn't budge and wanted full amount to be paid even though half a year passed and couldn't use their product. Call in October again and was told had to pay for two years to get my service back. No ifs ands or buts.. completely not fair in the customer's area.
