Sunwire inc was officially launched back in 2009 making it a relatively new competitor in the telecommunication world. Sunwire gained quick success when it gained its first voice over IP PBX. Sunwire inc’s head office is located at 850 Barrydowne Road Suite 303, Sudbury, Ontario. Sunwire boasts the SolSwitch which is their flagship phone appliance, as time progressed, Sunwire incorporated more features to this appliance.

Sunwire Inc offers a North American Business line plan which consists of Unlimited North American calling for $29.95 per month, however a few American states, and two Canadian territories are excluded from this plan; Alaska, Hawaii, North West Territories, and Yukon. This plan also requires a onetime payable setup fee of $20.00. If we were to compare these prices with other service providers we would find a steeper price package from Sunwire inc. For example, RingCentral offers its business plan for just $19.99 a month, which is $25 less than that of what Sunwire is demanding. To keep your existing number whilst opting into Sunwire service you must also pay a $10.00 fee to port the number.

The Sunwire business plan also offers fax to email service which is priced at $5.00 a month with an added fee of $10.00 if the customer wants to port his or her existing number. This in comparison to other service providers, however, is cheap!

RingCentral offers the same service but at the price of $12.99 per month. Consumers who opt into business plans usually require a stable fax service, and Sunwire has one of the most economically friendly fax services! 

With the Sunwire you can add numbers to your service at the expense of $2.00 per number. This too is rather cheap if we compare it to the $5.00 fee that RingCentral demands additional numbers! The international calling rates for the business plan of Sunwire are relatively cheap as well. For example, the international calling rate to India Sunwire offers is $0.0449 per minute! If we compare this to the price RingCentral offers for international long distance calls to India which is $0.059 per minute, we would find a small yet existing difference in costs. This difference is relatively consistent across all countries, and Sunwire is generally offering a lower price for international long-distance calling. 

Having seen these attributes we can certainly conclude that even though Sunwire has a higher monthly fee in comparison with other service providers, the perks and rates are generally cheaper.
