Excellent System! In 2014 we said "good by" and "good riddance" to Bell Canada and have never regretted it. Talkit has worked flawlessly ever since at a fraction of the cost and the sound quality is outstanding especially with today's internet speeds. Easy to use portal to monitor your account, reviewing log details, paying for renewal or international long distance. Just keep an eye on your annual renewal date. Can't say enough good things about it, great system!

Service I thought I had to let Talk-it know of my change in credit card numbers. I got the info from my internet bill and that is the one that needs the updating.

Crystal Clear and Excellent Customer Service I've recently switched to VoIP for my business and my mother's home phone. First off, the clarity is crystal clear. It's like the person on the other end is right there in the room. Then there's the cost - it's so low, I feel like I'm getting away with something! Talkit has the most incredible staff I have ever dealt with! And the manager Andrea is incredibly helpful and patient, especially with an old geezer like me! While on the phone with her she was reassuring and I felt relieved instead of stressed! This is a nice change from other companies! Thanks for the great service!

Best Voip provider available I have been with Talkit for over 13 years and have never had one issue with there VoIP service. I would and have recommended Talkit to anyone looking for a VoIP service. The quality of the service is one of the best i have seen. Amazing price as well. Order there service you will not be disappointed

Talk not receiving calls The service was good as they solve the problem and called to verify. My talk-it started again to receive calls good service and efficient
