Tbaytel is a name that everyone has heard of and they have been around for over a century now. Having been founded in 1902, Tbaytel has come a long way in providing telecommunication services across Northern Ontario. They provide live support on their website and have a long history of providing excellent customer service.

Tbaytel also provides VoIP solutions, home security services, and cellular plans. Many providers have been around for 40 to 50 years that stick to offering one or two services, thus Tbaytel is a breath of fresh air considering the expansion they have executed in their services.

Tbaytel offers a residential plan which comes with download speeds of up to 400 Mbps and upload speed of up to 200 Mbps and has an unlimited bandwidth rate. This plan is priced at $100.95, though first six months is reduced to $50 per month. This price when reduced is very competitive and not many internet services would beat the speed and price. Tbaytel also throws in a free internet security solution which they call the Free TrendMicro Titanium Internet Security. Also included in Tbaytel monthly rate is the Wireless Router & Modem.

Most providers require customers to pay for modems and routers if they don’t already have one. Not Tbaytel however, they offer routers and modems for free when opting into their service. Furthermore, Tbaytel also provides dry loop services for free as well, making them one of the unique service providers we have seen thus far. While other internet service providers are trying to gouge and probe for any cent they can get, Tbaytel is more concerned with providing positive customer care. Usually, when we see plans this good, we make sure there is no contract customers would have to worry about, and in the case of Tbaytel internet plans, they are all offered on a non-contractual basis.

Tbaytel is not conforming to what other service providers do and this is a characteristic of any business that we appreciate. They’re pricing and approach to additional fees is phenomenal and should be seriously considered if anyone is looking into reliable service from an age-old company.
