Review from pissedconsumer.com I have been calling their technical support and I keep hearing their *** music for more than an hour and end up hanging up. My ATN hasn_t been working for 10 days and they don_t answer their phones. I emailed them and they emailed me a link that didn_t work. I strongly don_t recommend this company to any one. It is a fraud. They keep increasing their prices with lousy service. I don_t know how they are still in business. I need to reach some institution handling consumer rights so I complain about this service and to stop this company from cheating other customer. I strongly recommend not to sign up with this company.

Review from pissedconsumer.com You need to call them daily because of poor service. Sometimes they hang up on you after transferring you from Ben to Mohamed to Rania to Ramesh and back to Ben before you get a hung up.

Review from pissedconsumer.com This is the worst customer service i have ever witnessed. They barely answer the phone calls and when they do they dont understand their work. The internet gets corrupted at least 3 times each day.

Review from pissedconsumer.com Customer service just boulshiit at all I pay every menth 40.27$ from my mastercard but today i find out over charge every 3 menths 120.11$ from my mastercard. so i talked to them 2 menths before always same {{Redacted}} never fix the problem untel now so am going to make a complainte to the gouvernement services costumer Dont engage with thes compagnie {{Redacted}} Pissed services c est de la merde des compagnies comme ca au canada devrais pas exister
