Tel-Systems Reviews and Plans

Tel-Systems is a business Telecom supplier, with head office in Scarborough, Ontario. Tel-System boast a long history, begun operating in 1971 and was one of the first Nortel dealers back in the day.

In this review of Tel-Systems we are focusing on the phone service for businesses. Shall be mentioned first Tel-Systems offers a wide array of services. Such as Internet, Structured Cabling, Business Phone Lines, SIP Trunking, Conferencing and Long Distance Calling. 

We will review Tel-Systems Business Phone Lines now to compare against other business voip providers.

Unfortunatelly here is where Tel-Systems begins to crumble down. There is no much information up front about the available plans or rates. We do see there are two main plans:

• Business Line Basic
• Business Line Elite

The "Elite" plan is reported as the one with most features with; Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Conferencing and more.

Regretably there is no pricing info available. So anyone who wants to know/learn more has to contact them. Either by phone or filling out a form.

In short, in the age of information transparency we are left wondering... With all the experience Tel-Systems posses is rather simple to provide monthly rates information upfront. Though there is no way to compare price per line. Could not check long distance rates either. Typically this is a practice used to get (or lure) potential customers into signing for higher rates than market standards.
