Telair Reviews and Plans

Telair is a business phone systems provider, HQ in Toronto, ON.  We found the offers from Telair to be different than those of most providers. That Telair offers Hosted PBX bundles and then per-line pricing; which in essence is also Hosted PBX. The per-line pricing is a bit higher, depending on how one is comparing. Notwithstanding that there are good features, such as virtual fax, IVR Auto Attendants, and Ring Groups.  Regrettably, there isn't integration with a Smartphone app or desktop app at the moment; though there is the possibility to integrate into a CRM system, such as SalesForce.

The unlimited Canada/US is, in fact, a 3,000 minutes allowance; which depending on the needs of the business may be enough. The International Long Distance rates are more expensive than those of a Top Long Distance provider, so you may have to source someone else if your business is considering Telair and does a lot of international long-distance calling.

In all Telair Hosted, PBX/business lines is a good option to consider for businesses of all sizes, though have to consider certain integrations for the mobile workforce is not yet there. Another low point you may require the use of another long-distance calling provider if international calling is part of the regular business.
