The corporate head office of TNW can be found at the 3rd floor, 1550 Alberni, Vancouver, BC, Canada! It has now grown to be one of the largest Local Exchange Carriers in Canada. TNW offers a vast array of services and features that are widely available across North America. Teliphone acquired the assets of Navigata Communications 2009 Inc in December of 2012.

TNW is also the proud owner and operator of the New York Telecommunication Exchange, which happens to be the world’s first neutral international telecommunications commodity exchange. Let us now review the go-to plan that TNW has to offer for businesses! 

TNW offers VoIP business lines to small businesses at a rate of $19.95 per month. In comparison to other providers, this is a very competitive price. For example, RingCentral offers its business solution plan for $19.99 per month, and RingCentral is a trusted provider for over 300 business owners. A unique aspect of TNW's service is that it offers inbound phone numbers from over 50 countries! This is a service that can drastically reduce costs for a business that requires constant communication internationally!

TNW also offers add-on fax to email feature for $9.95 per month. This allows faxes to be converted to emails and takes out any need for an actual fax machine, ultimately lowering costs for a business! If we compare this price to Vonage’s price for fax to email service which is offered at $12.99 per month with an additional $12.99 activation fee we can certainly assert that TNW is the way to go!

The international calling rates provided by TNW are also competitively priced. International calls can be made to the United Kingdom using TNW at the price of 2.7 cents per minute. Yak, which is also another great service provider, offers a rate of 5 cents per minute to call the United Kingdom. Comparatively speaking the margin is certainly small, however, 2.3 cents can add up over an extended period of time.

The only disappointing aspect of TNW's service we noticed during our review was the exclusion of any smart app. In a world where smartphones have taken over, smart app integration is something all service providers should certainly opt into. 

All in all the business solutions being provided by TNW are certainly formidable in terms of features, and prices. Due to their competitive prices, TNW should definitely be considered as a viable option for any business owner when on the hunt for service providers!
