Stay away from TruespeedWe had truespeed and it never worked right and when I canceled they wanted to charge me $100.00 to cancel even though it never worked right from the first day. I feel it is just a racket and should be put out of bussiness.Very bad company Murray Rule Reply from: Truespeed March 22, 2022 Sorry, we could not provide you with the excellent service that we intended to but there are infrastructure issues in your area preventing us from being able to. The $100 cancellation fee (that we only charged you half of because of the issues you were having) was part of the equipment rental agreement and was reflective of how long you had our service for. |
