Ubity Inc. is a telecommunications provider with its headquarters located in Montreal, Quebec. Ubity also has offices in Toronto and Boston. The company was founded in 2007.

The company states the company is the leading Canadian provider of cloud business communications and collaboration solutions.

In the GoneVoIP review of Ubity, we will look at the cloud-based business phone system.

The business phone system comes with hosted IP PBX service, an online administration portal, interactive voice response, HD voice quality, premium HD hold music, business hours, ring groups, call reports and analytics, user profiles, extensions, dial-by-name directory, call monitoring, restrictions for long-distance and international calls and per extension, long-distance gateway, and automatic call recording (with 7-day storage included).

Unfortunately, there is no base pricing listed on the website. To find out any information, you need to fill out a form and a sales associate will contact you. We always think this is a bad sign and just plain insulting to the interested consumer. Even for a company which has excellent pricing but does not simply list what that pricing is on their website, it is just poor form. At least give us a price range or a base price with the least amount of features.

It is a shame because they have a great website with an interesting blog and very detailed descriptions of the services and features provided. We all understand that different businesses have different needs, and as such require different pricing. But give the consumer a base pricing idea.

What they do state is that multiple businesses use their services including Pizza Hut, Guru, Bixi, and Gameloft.

In concluding the GoneVoIP review of Ubity Cloud Business Phone system, we are very impressed with their website and tons of features and detailed explanations of each’s use and function. Their website design is sharp which is always refreshing because so many similar companies which claim web design as a service and yet have horribly designed websites.

However, Ubity Inc gets a failing grade simply because we have no idea what kind of costs are associated with any of their services. Nothing of the likes to sign up of online, not even for a demo or trial! Furthermore, we know they have offices in Montreal, Quebec, and Boston. But we have no idea what areas they service. Is it all of Canada or just Ontario and Quebec. Is it all of the USA or just the northeast or just Massachusetts?

We simply cannot give a proper recommendation in this review of Ubity Cloud Business Phone System. We did encourage them to contact us with the information and update their website. Still waiting to hear from them.
